Refund and Return Policy

THE LICENCE AND RETURN POLICY

No membership fee or subscription fee of any kind is required to acquire a Listen2Read audiobook. The only charge is the listed price of the audiobook download or CD. 

When you purchase a Listen2Read audiobook, as a download, stream, as a Compact Disc or an Mp3, Listens2Read grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to our content to your devices solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform Listen2Read audiobook content in any manner and you may not exploit it commercially or create any derivative work therefrom. The License granted to you by Listen2Read will continue for as long as your copy of Listen2Read content exists.

You may return a purchased Listen2Read audiobook CD within 14 days of purchase as long as the audiobook package is unopened, undamaged with the protective shrink wrap covering in place. Upon receipt of the returned audiobook, Listen2Read will refund your full purchase price to the credit card or source from which the purchase funds originated.

You may return a Listen2Read audiobook download or stream within 14 days of receipt by notifying Listen2Read that you have destroyed the download in your listening device. Upon receipt of such notice, Listen2Read will refund your full purchase price to the credit card or source from which the purchase funds originated. Listen2Read reserves the right to refuse to return the purchase price if, in it’s sole judgment, it believes that too many returns from an individual have been claimed. Send “Notice of Destruction” which incudes the audiobook title, ISBN number, date of purchase, your name, address, e-mail address and credit card number which was used to make the purchase to Contact@Listen2Read.com
